C_BULK1 100u 25V->35V — must survive SMBJ18A clamp (<=29.2V at rated surge)

25V electrolytic sat directly on VIN_PROT where the TVS clamps up to 29.2V;
35V-rated part in the same 8x10 can. Regen diff = 1 line. ERC 133->133;
analyzer diff unchanged.
